- Your appointment is not confirmed yet. The clinic reviews your information, collects any details still needed, proposes dates and confirms after you accept. You will receive a message saying “Appointment Confirmed”.
- X-rays, CT scans or photos you did not attach can be sent to oaksdentalclinic@gmail.com or WhatsApp +82-10-9268-8859 for a free preliminary review.
- In pain now and already in Seoul? Call +82-2-555-6633 during clinic hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:30, Sat 09:30–14:00) for same-day emergency care.
Appointment confirmation: enquiry received → records reviewed → details collected → dates proposed → you confirm → appointment confirmed by the clinic.
