How It Works
Five steps from your first message to your follow-up after you return home — plus how appointments are confirmed and what to send before you travel.

Contact us before you travel
Tell us the treatment you are interested in, your current symptoms, how long you will be in Seoul and your preferred dates. If you have X-rays, CT scans, photos or previous records, send them by email or WhatsApp.
Free preliminary review
Dr. Bae reviews your information and our team replies with a first indication of whether treatment is possible, which tests are needed, the expected visit schedule and available appointment times. A preliminary review is not a final diagnosis — that is made after examination at the clinic.
First visit in Seoul
Medical history interview, oral examination, X-ray or CT, consultation with the dentist, explanation of your treatment plan and a written cost estimate. Your visit schedule is confirmed at this stage.
Treatment
Treatment follows the plan you agreed to. If anything needs to change, we explain it first and proceed only with your consent. Everything is recorded in your file.
Before you fly home
We check your treatment results, give you written aftercare instructions in English, provide your English treatment records on request, explain any follow-up you will need and show you how to reach us online after you return.
What to send before your visit
Everything is optional except your contact details, but the more you send, the more precise our reply can be.
- Panoramic X-ray
- CT scan
- Photos of your teeth
- Existing treatment plan
- Medical records in English
- Blood test results
- List of medications you take
What we can tell you from a preliminary review
- Whether treatment is likely to be possible
- Expected number of visits
- Expected treatment duration
- An estimated cost range
- Tests that will be needed
- Available appointment dates
A preliminary review is free and is not a final diagnosis. Your diagnosis is made after examination at the clinic.
How appointments are confirmed
Three terms we use on every page:
- Request a Consultation
- You ask whether treatment is possible and what it would involve.
- Request an Appointment
- You ask for a specific date. This is a request, not yet a booking.
- Appointment Confirmed
- The clinic has reviewed your information and confirmed your date.
- Enquiry received
- Review of your records
- Your details collected
- Dates proposed
- You confirm
- Appointment confirmed by the clinic
Deposit and changes
- For cosmetic prosthetic treatments such as veneers, a deposit of 10% of the treatment fee is requested in advance to secure the appointment.
- Appointments can be changed or cancelled — please tell us as early as possible.
- Same-day emergency treatment during clinic hours does not require the confirmation process: call or come in.
Planning around your stay

These are general examples. What is actually possible depends on your oral condition, inflammation, bone condition and laboratory schedule, and is confirmed after examination.
