Professional teeth whitening brightens your natural teeth in the clinic without drilling or removing any tooth structure. It is one of the treatments international visitors ask about most and can be completed during a 1–2 day stay.

At Oaks Dental Clinic
Whitening is carried out in the clinic after an examination, using a professional light-activated system (Discus Dental / ZOOM2) with a KFDA-approved whitening gel. Existing crowns and veneers do not change colour with whitening, which we take into account when planning your smile.
The session
In-clinic whitening takes about an hour. The gel contains a desensitising component (Relief ACP) to reduce sensitivity; some patients notice temporary sensitivity or tingling of the gums that settles within a few days.
How long it lasts
Results typically last from about six months to two years depending on diet and habits — coffee, tea, red wine, curry, kimchi and smoking shorten the result. A top-up session can brighten the shade again.
Whitening before veneers
If veneers or crowns are planned, whitening the natural teeth first lets the new restorations be matched to the brighter shade.
Visits and timing for visitors
Whitening fits within a 1–2 day stay. An examination comes first; the result depends on the cause of the discolouration.
The number of visits and treatment duration depend on your diagnosis. A personalized treatment plan will be provided after examination.
Before you travel
Send your panoramic x-ray, ct scan, photos of your teeth, existing treatment plan or medical records by email or WhatsApp. The preliminary review is free, and we reply with whether treatment is likely to be possible, the expected number of visits, an estimated cost range and available dates. Costs
